We hosted a rural health camp for the villagers of Rakhasole village, Bankura in West Bengal. This was an initiative sponsored by Holland - e - Hoi - Choi, Netherlands, and Executed by the team members of SETU Sverige foundation and  Patrasayer welfare society.

Blood & Plasma Donation drive in Bangalore, May 2021

Bangalore is one of the COVID-19 hotspots of India at the moment and the situation is getting worse.

We collaborated with the Kadu Malleshwara Geleyara Balaga in Bangalore for the plasma drive and blood donation.

In total 75 units and 11 plasma were collected which is the highest among any blood donation camps which has been organised during Corona times. Special thanks to all the doctors, volunteers for doing this.

Oxygen Cylinder Support in Gurgaon, May 2021

What Oxygen is to the lungs, such is 'hope' to the meaning of life.

SETU Sverige Foundation donated Oxygen Cylinders through Hemkunt Foundation 

in the Gurgaon regions to extremely critical patients.

Thanks to all our donors for giving hope to countless individuals in these dark hours.

We channelled all the funds from the fundraiser to various parts of India to meet the Oxygen shortage. 

Covid Seva Auto in Kolkata, May 2021

We kickstarted our first COVID-19 Autorickshaw Seva. The mini Auto traversed through interiors providing oxygen support and other COVID-19 related help in Kolkata.

Any Kolkata citizen could stop our Auto on the streets of Kolkata and request Covid support.

Covid Relief work in Khordha district in Odisha, April 2021

As the entire country is taking blows from the Corona pandemic, the youth group delivered food in the first wave, now spread awareness. 

To save people from Corona, 6 Volunteers from Aashayein and Setu Sverige Foundation took turns to create awareness intensively among people. Masks and Sanitary kits were distributed along with education on the most effective way to use them. 

We thank the Odiya research scientist Dr.Swayam Prakash from California for driving the education program on Corona through online platform. 

Meal distribution in Matru Chhaya orphanage in Gogol, Goa, January 2021

We celebrated India’s 72nd republic day with the little angels of an orphanage in Goa.

Brimming with national pride in MatruChhaya orphanage in Gogol, Goa these girls were fed with a lovely meal and were given out football jerseys to take up the sport and to make them believe that Girls can do anything and everything if they want to !!

Oldage home Charity Lunch at Kolkata, January 2021

2021 could not have a better start than this.

Chittoor, Health Support Kit distribution, October 2020

As Covid-19 grappled the state of Andhra, a little respite was provided to the

Chittoor District చిత్తూరు జిల్లా have been working tirelessly in these daunting times. As health and safety being of paramount importance, we provided them with health support kits (including N95 Masks and hand sanitizers) for 100 police personnel to fight the deadly virus as a token of gratitude.

Dry ration kits were also supplied to 30 families of rural Chittoor.

Our heartiest thanks to the Thupakula Family of Chittoor, AP for their tremendous support in making this happen.

We were one of the proud sponsorers of the Blood Camp in Matunga, Mumbai.

The city hospitals are running out of blood in these uncertain times. It was our small bit towards the city of Mumbai with a righteous initiative which saw over 400 blood donors. The event also created plasma awareness among donors.

This was conducted by Unique Blood Motivators and Rugna Kalyan Seva Samajik Sanstha

Chittorgarh, PPE Kit Distribution, August 2020

Not too long ago, Chittorgarh was one of the COVID-19 hotspots of Rajasthan.

We donated 50 full PPE kits for the frontline healthcare workers of Chittorgarh district to the Collector's office. This is with a hope of flattening the curve of COVID-19 in Rajasthan and our small bit for the healthcare heroes.

Takmachik, Ladakh Relief Work, July 2020

With great pleasure, we would like to inform you all that, in association with Vishwadeep Trust, of Guna, , we have successfully supported the Takmachik village of the beautiful Ladakh.

We sponsored hygiene kits and relief materials for 650 hardworking farmers and villagers. VT, thanks for conducting last-mile distribution of hygiene relief kits in the mountains amidst all the ongoing Indo-Chinese tension.

Puducherry, India COVID-19 Event, June 2020

Today, in a small town called Sirkali, 90km off Puducherry a.k.a. Pondicherry (புதுச்சேரி) in Southern India 100 needy individuals who are pavement dwellers and have lost their jobs during the lockdown were fed in a small community kitchen set up by SETU Sverige Foundation.

Jamnagar, Gujarat, India COVID-19 Event, May 2020

In Jamnagar, Gujarat today SETU donated 50 PPE kits to these frontline soldiers in white of the Guru Gobind Singh government hospital. In addition to it, our frontline police warriors of Gujarat Police were also given 200 protective gear for safety as health is of paramount importance to all of us.

Delhi / NCR, India COVID-19 relief work, May 2020

SETU headed to the capital city.

A month full of dry ration was provided to 10 families by SETU in दिलवालों की दिल्ली (Delhi/NCR).

We joined hands with Karuna 2020 and brought smiles on the faces of these families.
As the world copes with this calamity, it is on us to come forth and help the less fortunate.

Bhubaneswar, India COVID-19 Event, April 2020

Together with Bhubaneswar, Odisha, Setu fights the COVID-19 situation in India. We joined hands with, an NGO based out of Odisha to bring a little respite for families out there.

Our outreach saw 12 families comprising of rag pickers around Bhubaneswar Railway Station, being handed over groceries to help them get through for at least a period of two weeks.
Not just that, with health and safety being paramount, we also donated masks to every family member to thwart the danger of Coronavirus.
We're thankful to Ashayein for joining forces with us in our endeavor of spreading smiles to families across India.

We're humbled to associate with a resident society in Kurla who took the onus & responsibility on them and joined hands with SETU to contribute for a cause. We came together as one and identified to support 30 slum families which include lot of daily wage workers in Sandesh Nagar, Kranti Nagar & Sarvoday areas of Kurla, Mumbai with groceries for up to two weeks, in a small effort to help people see a better tomorrow.
